At Shu-Mart we want to make your shopping experience as simple as possible.

  • $12 flat rate fee applies for all purchases
  • We send our parcels using Australia Post – Please allow 3-14 days for parcel to arrive.
  • Parcel will a have tracking number*.

Your order will be packed & dispatched within 3 business days** From time of order.

We currently only sell & dispatch to customers in Australia.

* If a valid email address is provided to us at time of purchase
** Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.


Our returns policy.

Shu-Mart will be happy to refund you the full purchase price providing the following conditions have been met.

  • Item(s) with original receipt are returned within 21 days of purchase.
  • Item(s) must be in original condition as purchased. Unworn, unused and free of defects. 
      – Please be mindful whilst trying on your new shoes, a soft surface (carpet) will protect the shoes from any defects.
  • Sale items will not be refunded due to change of mind or incorrect order. 
  • We do not offer an exchange facility, simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement.

To initiate a return, please email We will provide you with a returns form to be completed. All returns must be sent back at the cost of the sender to our online office, using Australia Post.

Please allow 3-8 business days for us to assess and process your return once received by our head office, You will receive an email with the details and outcome of your processed return.

If all above conditions are met and your return approved, you will be credited by the original payment method used. It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account according to the processing time of payment method used.

If returned item(s) are assessed and found to have not met above conditions,  your purchase will be returned to you at your expense.
